I hired this business based on the professional way he initiated the contact on the phone. My expectations were met perfectly and he even offered advice on a couple of other issues he saw that can easily be remedied, avoiding future headaches.

They were very thorough and courteous. The property they worked at was tenant occupied and the tenants were very happy with how respectful and the great job that was done.

Got a next-day appointment, he arrived a few minutes early, and did a great job. Very thorough and clean. He also had great advice for maintaining clean air indoors, and for sealing entry points around the house to avoid pests.

He was able to do all the work from outdoors (Covid-friendly); I just went in once to start the dryer.

I was having problems with getting things to dry. However I called Michael and he had a opening for same day. He was prompt, very nice and found the problem with the vents, cleaned them And provided some tips on cleaning and maintaining our machines. He is excellent at what he does and I will be sure to call him for our next vent cleaning!

Typical DIYer. Tried cleaning out my dryer duct myself. Usually have no problem, but this time the rotating brush did not come out as it was supposed to. Freak out. How long will we not be able to use the dyer? Dryer Vent Pros to the rescue. I couldn't be happier. After disappointing calls to several other companies whose answering services were only good for setting appointments, I called Dryer Vent Pros. The actual owner answered the phone, and after I described my problem, he assured he me could fix it with no problem. His confidence was contagious, so I made an appointment for him to come out later in the day. He was here within the hour. Wow. Then took a whole five minutes to fix it. He had this handy little air blower that blew the tool right out of the duct. Problem solved.

Its not often I'm impressed enough with a company to write a review, but this guy rocks. Wish I could give him 10 stars. Hire him. You wont be disappointed.

I checked my dryer vent and found that an old bird nest was clogging it. After removing the nest and several handfuls of lint, I decided it was time to have the 25 ft duct cleaned. Michael responded quickly to my inquiry and included a very reasonable quote. We scheduled for the next day. He showed up on time and completed the cleaning within 30 minutes. The air flow is now noticeably stronger. He also installed a pest guard to prevent future bird or rodent intrusions. Great experience and highly recommend!

We were having issues with our dryer and airway blockage. After searching and searching on Yelp, we came across Michael. After quoting us, he text back and offered a discounted price. The best part was that he was able to come the SAME day!! He also suggested some cleaning and maintenance tips for our washer and dryer! He was definitely worth the call and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Michael for being honest and going above and beyond to assist us! Highly recommended!

After purchasing a home, I took off one of the vents, and it looked really dirty inside. There were nails inside the air duct from when they built the home in 1975. I scheduled an appointment, and Michael was able to come out the next day. He cleaned all of the air ducts and installed new hardware on all of the vents. Michael did such a great job, and I am already referring my friends to him.

Really professional and took the necessary safety precautions due to COVID. The job only took 5 mins, 10 mins tops. Michael also gave us great advice on how to care for our dryer vents for longevity. Great energy too!

I'm so glad I checked Yelp for dryer vent cleaners in our area! Michael and Mark were as good as they could possibly be in every way, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They not only cleaned the duct but discovered a rusted pipe under the house due to my poor habit of running the water hose in from outside to flush out the lint. I know now to never do that again, because a little water remains in the low part of the pipe, causing it to rust. Mark went under the house and repaired the rusted portion, so now all of the air goes outside as it should, and Michael explained the situation and gave us good advice on how to take care of it. We will definitely call Dryer Vent Pros again in two years, and hopefully their job will be a little easier the next time. The price was reasonable, considering the work that was needed to repair the pipe in the crawl space. I highly recommend them!

We have been looking for someone to clean our air vent and dry vents for a while. The last company's quote I thought it was way too high. I kept looking and found Mike. He was super nice over the phone, gave me a quick quote and was able to come in the same day. He did an amazing job. I can even smell the difference. I feel like he are smelling better air. He was also super nice and very informative. I learned a lot of new things about the process, how to keep my house safe from rodents and appliances. He has a lot of knowledge on different things.
